The rates indicated above shal be inserted in and constitute the contents of paragraph 1.2 of
Exhibit A to the AGREEMENT DOCUMENT. The indicated FIXED RATES shall remain
valid throughtout the duration of CONTRACT.

* CONTRACTOR shall define Straight Time and Overtime Rate:

Straight Time means: Normal working hours of 8hrs per day and 48hrs per week.

Overtime means: Any time in excess of straight time per day or week considered as
overtime. The working on weekends and holidays are considered as overtime.
