Arrival at Hong Kong (via Airport)

Upon arrival at Hong Kong, you will be met and transferred to your hotel.
Reach the hotel and check-in.

After the ight lands, the grace time is 75 minutes, and the waiting fee
is $120 for every half hour thereafter, and so on (pay on site)
CHT tunnel fee included. If you need to use the Western Submarine
Tunnel + $75, Tai Lam Tunnel + $55, charged on site (pay on site)

It usually takes about 55 minutes to clear immigration and collect your
baggage at Hong Kong airport. Our driver monitors your ight and
arrives 55 minutes after ight landing. A free waiting time of 30
minutes is allowed after which a no show is declared, and the driver
leaves for his next assignment. If you arrive early or are delayed at the
immigration, please message our hotline on WhatsApp immediately
and we will do our best to assist you. Extra waiting charges may be
applicable to cover the parking fee in case of long delays, If the
transfer is missed , the client will have to make own arrangements
without any refunds/exchange.

Full Day Ocean Park Tour

Spend a full day enjoying the wonder of Ocean Park Hong Kong. Get
an up close look at penguins, walruses and dolphins as you wander

park rides, travel over the ocean on a cable car or ride up to
incredible views on the outdoor escalator. Your friendly guide will help
you make your way through all the excitement and provide reliable
round-trip transportation, admission tickets and pick up and drop off

Hong Kong City Tour

Your Hong Kong experience starts with iconic Peak Tram to Victoria
Peak for excellent views of the city. Discover Hong Kong from an
elevated perspective at the Peak. Then cruise along the harbour on
the famous Star Ferry. Stroll along the Avenue of Stars to admire the
Victoria Harbour & Hong Kong Famous sky scrappers & Old Clock
Tower. Lastly visit the world's second tallest building ( ICC ), where
Sky100 observation Deck gives an elevated perspective, and watch
the Symphony of Lights show. This displays laser beams bouncing off
tall buildings on the harbor sides, showcasing the vibrancy and
glamorous night vista of Victoria Harbour. Listen to the harmony of
music and the city light show.

Important Notes

Hong Kong

General
1. For all travel on or after 23 Jan 2016, pre-arrival registration (PAR) online is mandatory for
passengers traveling to Hong Kong.

Hotel
1. Standard check-in time in Hong Kong is 2 pm and some hotel also have check-in time of 3 pm. Early
Check-in is subject to availability of rooms and is not guaranteed.
2. Hong Kong hotels may ask for security deposit or credit card guarantee at time of check-in (which
is refundable) to cover any additional expenses you may incur during your stay.
3. Room Sizes in Hong Kong Hotels are small (around 240 sq ft). In case you need spacious rooms,
you should upgrade your hotel.

Tours and Transfers

1. Private Transfers doesn't imply that the Vehicle is on Disposal. The vehicle will only pick you and drop you
at the attraction at speciEed timings. Maximum waiting time in private tours/transfers is 30 minutes from the
time of pickup. If you are not found at the pickup point within time, it will be considered a No Show.
2. Seat in coach (SIC) transfers implies that transfers will be in a shared bus which will have other
co-passengers. You are requested to be at the place of pick up / hotel lobby at least 5 minutes
before pickup time. Sometime you may have to wait for a period of about 30-45 minutes
depending upon traEc, location of the hotel on the route and picking up of other guests.
3. Maximum waiting time in shared (SIC) pickups is 5 minutes. The guide/driver will look for you in
the lobby, concierge area or call the hotel room. If no answer is received from room, the
guide/driver will leave after waiting for 5 minutes and it will be considered a No Show.
4. All sightseeing tour pickup time starts at 9:30 am in the morning and we ensure you reach the
destination (Disneyland or Ocean Park) by 11:00 am.
5. All tours and transfers are on SIC (Seat in Coach basis). Tours may include multiple pickup points
(4-5 hotels) for other passengers.
6. Disneyland and Ocean Park are crowded on weekends (Sat, Sun) and there may be long queues for rides.

7. Ocean park has free Wi. If you download the Ocean Park app, then it will allow you to reserve 3
attractions time to avoid long queues at the time of visit.
8. There are no guides provided during sightseeing tours. You will be only dropped and picked up and you
will need to explore attractions on your own.
9. Hong Kong Night Tour (covers max 1 hour at Victoria peak including Madame Tussauds) followed by ride
by Star Ferry and then dinner at Indian restaurant (if opted with dinner)
10. For any change in pickup timing of private tours/transfers, request has to be made at least 24 hours in
advance in the Telegram app. Any request for last minute changes would not be considered.
General
1. Any ticket to attractions, museums, train, cable car, ferries, rides, safari, etc. are not included
unless explicitly mentioned as an inclusion.
2. For queries regarding cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
3. We reserve the right to issue a full refund in case we believe that we are unable to fulJl the services for
any technical reasons.
4. Please make sure that the passport of all guests travelling is valid for at least 6 months from the date
of travel.
5. We can only facilitate the visa application for the travelling passengers. Granting of visa is solely at the
discretion of Embassy. If visa is rejected or delayed by the Embassy for any reason then we are not
liable to give any refund and respective cancellation policies will apply.

Hotel
1. At the time of check-in to your hotel, hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (amount depends
upon hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the
mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the accommodation).

Tours and Transfers

1. The cost and ticket issued for various attractions with regards to any children travelling are based on
the age provided at the time of creating the package quote. If the service provider decide to charge
extra cost based on the height of the children or wrong information as per Passport, then the cost has
to be borne by the customer on site.
