discipline, and protect yourself from any physical threat.

1. Martial arts can be healthy for the body because it involves many movements of the
body. According to scientific research, toxins from the body will come out through this
tough activity.
1.1 According to the research from Azlanrumadi, all training and learning involve
physical activity where our strength will be focused on movements capable of
defeating enemies or threats. In addition, it can help build hand-eye
coordination dexterity especially.
1.2 Next, we will also do activities that involve cardiovascular such as running
and jogging because it is the basis of martial arts. This physical activity
without you realizing it will help you burn a lot of calories and fat in your body
and contribute to your weight loss. You may not be aware of this if you are
focused on learning the basic techniques of the martial arts you are
practicing.
1.3 Therefore, not only muscle strength can be achieved when we participate in
martial arts classes, but it can also provide good physical health and provide
ideal posture and body weight if we practice or do training consistently. With
various health problems plaguing society today, it is appropriate for us to
consider this art as a tool to avoid being affected by any disease because
prevention is better than treatment.

2. Throughout the training of martial arts there is no denying that you will always be
tested in various ways. Physically and mentally, you will always test the limits of your
endurance.
2.2 In fact, martial arts help us to be on time better. This situation can directly
shape a person's identity with positive and useful values. Although at first it is
difficult for some of us to change but with a strong spirit, we can change
ourselves to be better than yesterday.

last point which is can protect yourself from any physical threat

3. In recent times, criminal cases such as cases of kidnapping, extortion and sexual
harassment have become more prevalent and become headlines in news broadcasts
and newspapers. This scenario has made the community feel uneasy because the
threat of crime can happen to anyone at any time.
3.2 Next, martial arts exist so that one learns how to properly control and defend
oneself if one ever encounters an attacker. Therefore, martial arts prepare
you to face an opponent or attacker and develop speed in responding to
urgent situations. It is also able to save your life in the face of unexpected
threats.

arts. When you learn martial arts, it can keep your body healthy, improve your self-
