Hi Paul,

I’m sorry to hear that you were bullied at school, it had to be an extremely bad experience. It’s really
hard to do something about it especially alone, so I think you did it right, that you told someone. Even
tough you had a difficult time, it’s good to know that you have a good friend, who is always there if
you need him.
Although your school solved your problem pretty good, there are some other ways to eliminate the
problem. For example your school could give advices, how to recognize if someone is bullied and
encourage to led the school management know. Another suggestion can be an anonymous messaging
board, where student can tell their personal problems, whithout their name getting revealed.
Nowadays it’s really common, that students bully someone, whithout the school noticing it. Maybe
therefor is it that usual, because the school doesn’t pay that much attention and spend that much time
with the topic. In this way these students can allow themselves to hurt someone, whithout any
consequences. As far as I’m concerned, these people are emotionless and have weak personalities.
If I were you, I would tell it my parents, and if they bullied you again, I would tell it immediately to
the teachers, the parents or in extreme case ask help from the police.
