    I, Jannice A. Danggalan, inform you that Faith Saya-an Tawaran is one of my b I would like to retrieve my
    folders I submitted in your office in order for me to update it for my application in this current
    recruitment. In line with this, I authorize FAITH K. TAWARAN to claim my folders on my behalf as I am
    unable to attend in your office due to distance of travel from the province. I have no objection to
    Ms.Faith claiming my folders and signing required documents.
