EXCUSE LETTER

January 15, 2016

Dear Ms. Santos,

I am writing to request a 3 day leave of absence for my brother Chris from school, as we have
arranged to attend our family reunion at the other side of the country, and need considerate time
to make the journey. Ordinarily we would not take Chris out of school for such a function, but
we do not have anybody capable of looking after him while we are away.
We have told Chris that he can complete any school work provided during the trip, and if he
needed he will catch up with anything missed when he returns.
I appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Yours faithfully,

Ms. Paguinto

EXCUSE LETTER

January 15, 2016

Dear Mr. Wesley

Please excuse my son Miggy Allauigan for his recent four day absence. He has been ill with
some kind of stomach bug , resulting in vomiting and he has been on a course of medication
from the doctor .
Miggy will be happy to catch up any work missed during his own time.
I highly appreciate your kind consideration.

Sincerely yours,

Mr. Alluigan

FRIENDLY LETTER

January 15, 2016

Dear Jiecel,

How are you Jiecel? Its been a long time since we got away from each other due to our studies.
Indeed, I miss you so much, my friend. However, the summer vacation is coming so we will
have some time to see each other.
In fact, I am planning to spend my summer vacation there. I am looking forward for that
vacation because I am so excited to be with you again even for a short period of time. I am just
excited to share with you my beautiful experiences here.
Above all, I am really yearning for your companionship. I am missing all the things that we
shared together before I got here for my study. Hugs and kisses!

Love,
Verna

Dear Mr. Nicholas,

I was very happy to learn that I was a recipient of the Junior Philippine Accountants Scholarhip. I
am writing to thank you for your generous, financial support towards my higher education.
I am very much willing to pursue my accounting career. I am currently a junior and plan to
graduate in 2017. After graduation, I will seek employment at one of our local banks with hopes
to be successful in my chosen path.
By awarding me the Junior Philippine Accountants Scholarship, I am able to concentrate on what
is important for me, education. Your financial generosity has allowed me to be one step closer to
my goal and has inspired me to help others by giving back to the community. I hope one day I
will be able to help other students achieve their goal just as you help me.

Respectfully yours,

Verna Angelica P. Paguinto

THANK YOU LETTER

January 15, 2016

Dear Mother,

Thank you so much for this precious gift for my graduation. It was great to have your gift by my
side at my graduation ceremony and it was even lovely to get such an amazing present from you.
I have always wanted to receive something that I can make the use out of it. I do not consider it
as an ordinary pen but it is something from which the best things in my life will be written.
I will keep it with me my whole life and guard it.

Yours sincerely,
Mc Clinton

APOLOGY LETTER

January 15, 2016

Dear Mrs. Johnson,

Your son has just told me that our dog got into your flower bed and did a great deal of damage.
My brother will build a fence around his pen higher tonight, so our dog will not be able to escape
again. I shall send some plants to replace those that were ruined although I am afraid that new
ones cannot compensate for those you lost. I can only ask you to accept my apologies.

Sincerely yours,
Ms. Paguinto

APOLOGY LETTER

January 15, 2016

Dear Mr. Tancredi
It was distressing to learn that the chocolate we delivered to you last week arrived in bits and
pieces. As you requested, a new delivery for 30 lbs. left our dock this morning and is scheduled
for afternoon delivery to you on January 17th. Please turn over the damaged goods to the driver at
the time of deliver.
I am sorry that this unfortunate incident occurred and sincerely appreciate your continued
patronage. My deepest apology for the inconvenience that I have done to you.

Sincerely yours,
Mr. Allauigan
