INTRODUCTION

An internship program is an excellent way to prepare students to know about the


practicalway to deal with the things learnt and develop skills. This program is a 12
weeks training period where students get to learn, understand real business
problemsand way to handle it. As an intern, I got to experience good, practical exposure
of the theoretical knowledge. As beginners the internship program proved to be a
goodup for our careers. Internship is considered to be very important as it
providesopportunity to explore business world and gain practical knowledge
Empowering enterprises to differentiate accelerate product development and compete
in today’s digital economy by leveraging agile methodologies, proven customer
collaboration frameworks, engineering tools, hybrid teams and our global delivery
model by integrating hardware, software and services.

PRODUCTION PROCESS:

1. First they select the vendors sample and they barketing the price of an material.

2. The company give a order to the vendors with a limited period of time.

3. When a vendors delivered the raw material , the payment will be proceed by a finance
department by using the cheque.

4. Raw materials are sawing, forging and normalising by a machine.

5. And they check the quality and shape of the product with using of CNC1 and CNC2
machine.

PROCESS:

1.First they select the vendors sample raw material with good quality and with the best
price.
2.Company give a order to a vendors with some requirement.

3.And they make gear parts and other requirement.

4.They export the product to some countries like USA,UK,Turkey,Mexico,China etc…

5.Service products like - cold extruded parts, including gear blanks, transmission shafts,
cams, starter sleeves and pinions, CV join parts, and fan hubs; and hot forged parts consisting
of bevel gears and pinions, hub rings, clutch hubs, crankshafts sprockets, turbocharger parts,

INTERSHIP LEARNING:

Throughout my internship, I gained valuable insights into the practical


applications of financial concepts and methodologies. Some of the key learning from
this experience include:
 Understanding the significance of financial analysis in supporting business
decisions.
They using the SAP software [System Applications and Products] for data
entry.
I gain some self confidence and how to face the problem with simple solution.

I saw how to solve the problem through team work.


I learned after my experience in this firm is the importance of time
team members, and offered suggestions during financial discussions. My
efforts were
appreciated by the finance team, and I believe my contributions positively
impacted the projects I was involved in.

CONCULSION:

The study about the organizational culture and behaviour on employees


reveals that the workers were satisfied with their ability, co-operation, team work,
involvement, supervisors, utilization of their skills and rewards etc. They are highly
satisfied with the current culture of HMIL

Because of this favourable culture the employees’ show positive behaviours like high
involvement, highly commitment to the organization, highly motivated and highly
flexible to the organizational changes etc.
