1 On Going Student checklist for graduation verification by
the Department must be in place & utilized.
2 April 26, 2024 Last day to submit all outstanding Upload forms
for graduating students to the Registry
3 June 21, 2024 Senate to vote Graduating and other level
Students’ Results.

4 June 28, 2024 Last day to Submit Upload Forms for Second
Semester 2023/2024 results for graduating
students to the Registry.

5 July 5, 2024 Last day to submit all the compiled Senate

Graduating students’ lists for reconciliation to
the Registry by the School Officers not
Secretaries.
