I am writing to enthusiastically recommend Randal Barfoot. I have been an educator for 14

years, and I have interacted with countless students. I have taught Randal for the last two years
in advanced level science including AP Biology and Advanced Human Anatomy and Physiology.
He has excelled in both courses.

Randal has an exceptional work ethic and in addition to taking all AP courses, he is a multiple
sport athlete and is involved in multiple honor societies. In these organizations he completes
many volunteer hours each semester. He does all this while maintaining his grades and high
standards in academics. He is extremely driven and self-motivated.

In conclusion, I recommend Randal without reservation. He would be an asset to any program

and a deserving recipient of any scholarship.
