    Dear Sir or Madam

    I am writing to you in connection with your advertisement in the magazine “English Language
    Journal”. I would appreciate some further information about your school and courses.
    Firstly, I would like to know where exactly in Surrey the school is situated. I would be interested in
    knowing what type of accommodation is provided. It would help me if you could inform me what
    kind of local facilities can be found near the aforementioned housing.
    Secondly, I would be grateful if you could inform me whether there are courses preparing for
    Cambridge examinations as well as the pass rate of your school in these examinations.
    Furthermore, I would like to know the number of students in each class. Moreover I would
    appreciate if you could tell where these pupils usually come from.
    Finally I would like you to send me a free pamphlet as stated in the advertisement.
    I would be grateful if you could reply as soon as possible.
