John Falcon is a close relative to recently deceased David Rander. John Falcon is being
represented by Samual Chapin.

Mr. Rander was convicted of the death penalty and was executed in under an hour. A mental
competency hearing was in the process of being scheduled at the time of death. The execution
was not legal, as it didn't allow the proper amount of time for appeals and other motions to be
filed.
