KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, the undersigned, a majority of the Board of Directors and the Secretary of EXCEEDER
SOCIETY TRAINING AND ASSESSMENT CENTER, INC., an incorporation duly organized
and existing under Philippine laws with principal office at Rizal Street South Poblacion City of
Naga, Cebu is hereby certify that:

WHEREAS, a special meeting of the board of directors of Corporation held February 27,
2024 with prior notice given to all directors and duly called for the purpose, at which meeting
a quorum was present and acted throughout, the following resolutions consistent with the
Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws of the Incorporation were duly approved.

NOW THEREFOR ,BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the consent of

the Board of Directors be and is hereby given for the appointment of Engr. JESUS O.
MUNDA as the TVET School President with a perpetual, duly authorized and official
representative in connection with the school business transactions at Technical Education
and Skills Development Authority
