    Dear Mayor Ramos:

    I am third year student of Alfelor Sr Memorial College Inc. with the course of
    Bachelor of Science in Criminology, located in Del Gallego, Poblacion Zone II,
    Camarines Sur. I originally live in Lanipga, Cawayan, Ragay, Camarines Sur.

    As a student I want to pursue my study but I have been struggling financially


    because my father is only a farmer and my mother is only a house wife, therefore I am
    writing this letter. There are few reasons why I am in this situation, its because my
    school is a private and the tuition can’t support of my parents.

    I would very much appreciate this help in any way you can, thank you for taking
    the time to consider my situation and I look forward to heaving from you soon.
