B. Exploration
1. Recall the standards in performing an activity.
2. Ask the pupils to work on the activity.
What you need:
- Battery, Long Copper Wire, Bulb

What to do:
1. Connect one end of the copper wire to the positive of the battery.
2. Connect the other end to the bulb.
3. Connect the other end of the copper wire to the negative of the
battery.
4. Connect the other end to the bulb.
a. Observe what happen.
b. Did the bulb light?
c. Why?
d. Where does current electricity start to flow?
e. If you disconnect one wire in the set-up, what will happen? Why

C. Explanation
1. Give each group time for the presentation of the outputs.
2. Discuss the results of the activity.
a. What materials did you use in making an electric circuit?
b. Which was the source of electricity?
c. Which was the path through which the current flow?
d. Which was the device that uses electricity?
e. How did you make the set-up produce light?
