Good day!
We, GYO Officers, are pleased to inform you for our proposal about OUTDOOR
DISCIPLESHIP TRAINING. This activity will address some areas of the Youth Ministry Pyramid
whereas to meet youth where they are, have fellowship, and growth.
As a result, we have enclosed a proposal herein for you to review.

Activity Outdoor Discipleship

Purpose Lighthouse Crew exists to touch lives intentionally, fuel a passion in our youths, creating
Statement leaders and workers for the Lord, encouraging them to be proactive, and let them shine
wherever they go.
Date April 2, 2023 (First Sunday)
Time 11:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Venue Alegarbes Beach Resort
Participants General Youth Officers, Youth Officers, All youths from mother church and daughter
churches

Since we conduct discipleship training on the first Sunday of every month, we would
want to hold this discipleship training outdoor in order to build a bond and relationship to the
young people as well. With this, we are hoping that our proposal will be adequate and helpful
for the Youth Ministry.

efforts and support you have for us all throughout the Youth Ministry.
