JOB DESCRIPTION

NAME & Position Title: Mould Engineer

Function:

Reporting to: Production Manager

Location: Production A Block

Brief Job Description:

 Communication to maintenance for any abnormality.

 Mould changeover within a specified time during product change.(changeover register)
 Solving processing-related defects like (Doming, Depression, Short fill, Flash, Bulging, Thread
sheer, and any other visual defects of products). (breakdown register)
 Ensuring checklist as defined. (tool list)
 Attend Mould breakdown immediately prior informed by the shift in charge.
 Problem and solving product rectification use.
 Mould & Logo changeover, Mould Installation
 Attend any mould and cavity Trail.
 Spares Parts Availability.
 Ensuring Preventive Mould maintenance
 Mould Related and Change over related Documents.(Mould maintence regisater,repetable mould
issue register)
 Spare Mould Availability(spare consumable register)
 Maintain a List of consumable parts.

GMP & GHK

 Machine, insight into the machine, surrounding Area, Mould Maintenance Room.

Educational Qualification:
 CTTC(DTDM)

Work Experience and Skills Required:

 0-1yr experience in compression line.
 Basic knowledge of MS-Excel, E-Mail, MS Word.
 Basic knowledge of English.
