he Houses of the Tremere are not known to get along with one another.
They scheme and plot, betray and double cross all in the pursuit of
gaining a victory over one another. However, few Kindred, Tremere or not,
would ever admit to allowing House Goratrix into their matters.
Born from the Sabbat’s penchant for brutality, the House was formed
by those Tremere who sought to evade the Pyramid by fleeing into the Black
Hand’s bloody clutches. And this brutality, through and through, defines the
House tonight. Whereas House Carna bolsters its Chantries by correcting
centuries of prejudice and restriction, and House Schrekt promises the safety
of the Pyramid, House Goratrix grows its hoard through promises of sheer,
effective violence. A House rumored to share beds with the Sword of Caine has
no use for anything else.

Necessary
Modern nights have no shortage of sorcerers of
fortune. Domains are teeming with young
Warlocks selling their service for scraps of lore
and fragments of lost knowledge. For Warlocks
of House Goratrix, the question of what they
offer is a simple one to answer; Simply put,
power. Power not held back by squabbling
about methods or morality Owing to decades
of Sabbat oversight, House Goratrix has
emerged tonight as a bleak survivor of the
Sect’s past. Goratrix Tremere sell their services
to those in need of a butcher, not a scalpel. A
warlock who isn’t afraid to bury a body to
begin the job and bury another at closing.
This has earned the House a foul
reputation in any civilized Domain, and
created a certain stigma in hiring a Goratrix
Tremere. However, the House has skated by on
the graces of a few powerful elders, and
manages to stay just low enough on the radar
so as not to be considered a dangerous breach
of the Masquerade. Though many Kindred are
shaken by their methods, the bodies they bury
are buried cleanly, and most Princes will say
little so long as the job is done.

Old Habits
It’s no secret that the Sabbat have utilized some
less than savory methods. In the past, when the
Masquerade was less of a concern to the black
Sect, it utilized frightening abominations and
freakish rituals to bolster its ranks. Hoards of
uniform brothers, adrenaline-pumping
cadavers and earth shattering Vohzd. So, it
comes as no surprise that many claim House
Goratrix provides these same services.
There’s little proof to support these
claims. While a freakish cadaver or fleshcrafted
creation has gone loose in a Domain on
occasion, little evidence ties these monstrosities
back to House Goratrix over a mad Tzimisce or
anything else. Either the House is good at
covering its tracks, or it has gone to great
lengths to make sure its admittance into other
sects remains secure. But if the House did
reveal a construct of a medieval grotesqueness,
few would be surprised.

Ritual you don't know. The ritual must be of a level
equal to or below the level of your highest level Blood
Sorcery Ritual or one level higher. So if your highest level
