Fairway Terrace Castries in St. Lucia (hereinafter call ‘the tenant’ which expression shall

where the context admits include his successors in title) of the other part------------ W I T N E

1 The Landlord demises unto the tenant he premises described in the first part of the-----------

schedule hereto (hereinafter called ‘the demises premises’) subject to the expectation and ----

reservations specified in the second part of the said schedule TO HOLD the same unto the

tenant from the first day of January . . . -----------------------------------------------------------------

2 The tenant covenants with the landlord as follows -------------------------------------------------

(a) To pay the reserve rents on the day in the manner aforesaid

(b) To pay all existing and future rates taxes assessments . . . except only such as the

Owner is by law bound to pay notwithstanding any contract to the contrary --------------

3 To keep the demised premises including the drains and sanitary apparatus and all -------

fixtures and additions therto in good tenantable repair and condition of the extermination of

the tenacy----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

4 Not to make any alterations or additions to the demised premises or erect any new-----------

buildings thereon without the written consent of the landlord ---------------------------------------
