1. Visit an enterprise/organization/industry and make a friendly interview. The


local is within Butuan City, Surigao City and Tandag City. Be sure the
organization can be viewed in the net for my validation.
a. Based on your gathered data, present the historical milestone of the
organization.

Historical Milestone:

Here at OCEAN BOUNTIES Seafood Market and Restaurant


we not only pride ourselves on seafood, but also on tradition.
In 1980 , Sammy Cambaya and Ruel T. Caucho start a buy and
sell of Marine product at Surigao City.
In 2006, the Ocean Bounties was Seafood Market and
Restaurant as a cooperation run by five families. Selling and buying
raw oysters, shrimp, octupos and other marine products. There are
buying station of sea food and marine products in Surigao City, Tandag
City and Barobo and having export machinery at Surigao City.

Back then, all of there seafood came straight out of the sea
caught by local finance fishermen. That is the strength of having a
stable supply of sea foods from catching to restaurant no chemical and
preservative being apply to all marine products.

In December 18, 2017, three people began working at Nick’s: Ernie


Perdue, Corrine Perdue and Betty Schipper. Two years later, Janie Phillips
came on board.

Nick’s continued to grow in clientele. Through the years, kids came with their parents; then
later came to Nick’s with their kids.

In 1979 Old Nick and Miss Hattie had their son, Frank Jr. and his wife Bonnie and two mop
head ruffins, Trey and Carey together took over. Frank Jr. and Bonnie ran the restaurant until
1989 when they turned it over to their Old Nick and Miss Hattie’s daughter Connie. Connie
and her husband Wayne Jones along with their daughter Rachael ran the old block building
until 1998.

In 1998, Frank III made it three generations of running


Nick’s when he and his wife Jennifer took over the reigns.

With Ernie, Corrine, Betty, and Janie still on board, baby brother Carey tending the bar,
everyone is making sure Frank III (Trey), Jennifer, Aubree and Cade will keep the tradition
of family atmosphere and good food going into the next generation.
