1. What are five sports/activities we have participated in this quarter?

1. Volleyball
2. Dodgeball
3. Ultimate frisbee
4. Soccer
5. Basketball

2. What is your favorite activity so far this quarter and why?

I liked ultimate frisbee, because I like playing with frisbees and it is unique. It would have been
more fun if everyone was playing and if there was more defense, but it was still fun. I also liked
dodgeball. It's probably a tie between them.

3. Is there any activity that we have not done yet in class that you would like to do?
I don't think so.

4. What are your expectations for entering the classroom/starting the class?
The expectations are that I get there on time and start the warmup.

5. Given the guiding principles of Respect, Open-Mindedness, and Improvement, list one
way you have demonstrated each of these concepts this quarter…

Respect: I treat everyone kindly and don't do things like making fun of the other team if they are
losing. I also listen to the teacher.

Open-Mindedness: I also participate in the activities, even if they aren't my favorite.

Improvement: I always try my hardest so that I can get better.
