    Sir/ma’am,
    I’m writing this letter to file incident report in which was involved on the 19 TH MARCH @ 1PM
    pm. When CAR CARRIER with plate no. CAF6577. After a loading of brand new. Where on their
    way in suddenly, it was unexpected surprise unknown other taxi across on way of truck coz
    while the carrier truck full turn to right safe due of collision and damages. That result and not
    intentionally hit the pipeline of water supply on stock yard. Kindly look the matter as soon as
    possible with positive response.
