Sub: Regarding Participation of staff from SNCU and PICU in online training /workshop
on the Clinical Management of Respiratory Distress Syndrome (RDS) and other
conditions using CPAP/HFNC.

The Centre for Cellular and Molecular Platforms (C-CAMP) is an initiative supported by
Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Govt. of India which is working very closely with Central and
various State Governments to provide health technology solutions for augmenting public health
infrastructure, in PHCs, CHCs, district hospitals and so on.

With reference to the subject cited, above, C-CAMP ( The Centre for Cellular and Molecular
Platform) is organizing an online training/workshop on the Clinical Management of Respiratory
Distress Syndrome (RDS) and other conditions using CPAP/HFNC as part of the project with NHM,
Assam titled- "Strengthening Respiratory Care for Newborns and Paediatric population in Assam".
This workshop will provide valuable insights and clinical knowledge about the treatment of RDS and
other conditions requiring oxygen support using CPAP therapy, thus enhancing the clinical skills and
knowledge of the participants. So, the staff from SNCU and PICU are kindly requested to attend this
online workshop on 12th, 13th and 14th Feb, 2024. The duration for the workshop is one and half
hour daily and the allotted time is 1.00 pm-2.30 pm. The link of the online workshop will be shared
through e-mail.
