Mars : -Why Mars we take as Deha karka? Well Mars is like mechanism or a machinery.
But why we take mars in this health chapter because the body is the most subtle mechanism
or machinery made by mother nature. If you observe our body act like a machine in whole life
it depend on the owner what oil / feed /service / care he give to this mechanism, as Sadhguru
ji says you either be a good machine or a bad machine but we can clearly say it depends on
us how we use or align the planets are linked with the planet Mars. That’s why we take Mars
