All that piece and parcel of site of an extent of land measuring to an
extent 272.70 sq. mtrs., bearing Plot No.671, comprised in R.S.No.651 and
the building thereon having plinth area of 606 sq. ft. bearing Door No.17/22,
situated at No.17/22, Indira Gandhi Street, Chozan Nagar, Annanur,
Thirumullaivoyal Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

The CAVEATOR above named undertakes to forthwith service a notice of

the caveat by registered post with acknowledgement due on the expected
Petitioners and file proof such service.
