    INSTRUCTIONS

    MOTION PRO 275CC COOLANT RECOVERY TANK P/N11-0099


    Location of the Coolant Recovery Tank can vary based on vehicle and personal preference.
    Below are instructions for proper installation:

    HOUSE ROUTING INSTRUCTIONS


    RADIATOR
    OVERFLOW
    RADIATOR
    OVERFLOW

    CAP BOTTLE CAP


    NIPPLE

    RADIATOR

    RADIATOR

    BOTTLE
    NIPPLE
    DRAIN DRAIN

    1. Pick a location and test fit for clearance.


    2. Connect the hose provided to the radiator overflow and secure with hose clamp. Route the hose to bottle location.
    3. Look at diagram above and select your preferred hose-set up. Drill out the nipple on the bottle that best suits your
    preferred set-up. Clean the debris from the bottle and push hoses on and secure with hose clamps.
    4. Put the bottle in place and secure with straps provided. Make sure the straps are snug so that bottle will not move
    around and cut off excess strap.
    5. Installation is now complete.

    ATTENTION: Run your machine and check for leaks before you ride.
