Research Problem: Unnecessary Disruption in the supply chain operations lead to


increased supply chain costs. The case firm has faced series of disruptions.

employed surveys, data analysis and interviews in addition to quantitative
and qualitative research.
 Interviews: In-depth conversations were held with key figures at DVAGO
Pharmacy, such as supply chain managers, logistics personnel, and
department heads. These discussions aimed to gain firsthand insights into
disruptions faced, their frequency, and their impact on operational efficiency
and costs.
 Surveys: A survey was circulated to employees across various departments.
This sought to capture a broader perspective on supply chain disruptions,

suggestions for mitigating disruptions.
 Data Analysis: Quantitative data on disruption frequency, duration, and
