Read the case of Voice of the Unborn Baby NPC v Minister of Home Affairs 2021
(4) SA 307 (GP) answer the following questions:

(a) What is the name of the legislation in question? (2)


(b) Based on your answer in (a) what are the sections in question? (6)
(c) Based on your answer in (b) what are the rights in the Constitution that are
being infringed by these sections? (5)
(d) Do you think the Constitutional Court should confirm the declaration of
unconstitutionality of the sections indicated in (b) or not. Provide reasons for
your answer. (12)
