our brains struggle to balance multiple tasks simultaneously. A 2020 Indian study found that
excessive social media use negatively impacted IT personnel's productivity, leading to
distraction, missed deadlines, acceptance seeking, sleep deprivation, back pain, and eye strain.
This conclusion can also be applied to students' productivity.

that it does have a good impact on the child's cognitive development. A study made by researchers
concerning this issue proved that those children who play video games have better memory and impulse
control than those who don’t play.
