(a) The bid document (The Contract) for the Construction Works of ANA DARIMU
ADMINISTRATION OFFICE ( G+3) PROJECT has been collected from the office DARIMU
ADMINISTRATION OFFICE (The Employer) and TAMCON ENGINEERING AND TRADE Pvt.
Ltd. Co. (The Contractor) has inspected the site.

(b) The undersigned has visited and accepted the project nature to my satisfaction.

NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned hereby declare as follows:

I accept the scope of work and agree to execute the project having satisfied myself from the site visit and
to be bound by the terms of the contract.
