SERVICE CONTRACT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT

This agreement entered into by and between:

GALO 8 CRAFTIGER with business address at Upper Bitoon Dumanjug Cebu, Philippines
represented herein by MS. ANALYN GALO herein referred to as the “CLIENT”.

-AND-

CP PHILIPPINES FREIGHT AND LOGISTICS INC., a domestic corporation duly organized and
existing under and virtue of the Philippine laws, with principal office at Unit 8 Aguirre
Compound Multinational Vill. Paranaque City represented herein by MR. JAMES M. HALASAN
referred to as the “SERVICE PROVIDER”.

WITNESSETH:

1. That the CLIENT commits to load all its shipment from Bangkok, Thailand to Manila
with the SERVICE PROVIDER.

2. That the payment settlement for each shipment will be paid in cash upon cargo
acceptance and issuance of the Bill of Lading and the Official Receipt from the origin
port unless otherwise on an agreed terms by both parties.

3. That it is the commitment of the Service Provider to extend its best service to the
Client and make sure that the cargos picked up by the Service Provider will be loaded
on the first available sailing schedule to ensure early arrival at the destination port.

4. That it is the commitment of the Client to provide the Service Provider a complete
Packing List and the Commercial Invoice upon cargo acceptance and willing to be
subjected to an inspection of the boxes in the presence of the Client’s representative
to ensure correctness of the items declared to the best interest of both parties.
 5. That it is the commitment of the Service Provider to schedule an immediate delivery
of the goods to the Client’s nominated address upon releasing of the container and
stripping of the same at the Service Provider’s Warehouse.

6. That the client upon sign up will receive P100, 000 worth of Instant Cash Bonanza
Savings per year which can be used to avail percentage discount in all his/her
transaction with the Service Provider. These offers will be in any form of vouchers
given within the period of 1 year. (See posters and print ads for details)

7. That it is the duty of the Service Provider to indemnify the Client in cases of loses
damaged or pilferage of the Client’s shipment that is not willfully done or because of
circumstances beyond the control of the Service Provider.

8. This Service Contract is valid for One (1) year to commence on the 1 st of November
2022 up to October 31, 2023 and renewable every year thereafter.

9. Attached Annex A refers to the pricing valid until further notice.
