Instructions, is possible to Anchor Drop / Heave at a Specifical Mile or late PM Cleared from Channel, that may cause, 02 / 04 Additional Pilotage Maneuvers, or equally, to be compulsory to wait until the next day to
disembark River Pilot at Mile 0.1. Item N. 2 consider Maneuvers based as follows: 1. Enter to Channel, 2. Anchor Drop at Mile 68 (Inbound), 3. Heave Anchor from Mile 68 (Inbound),
4. Anchor Drop at Mile 192 / Aw. Terminal Instructions, 5. Heave Anchor from Mile 192, 6. Berthing, 7. Unberthing, 8. Anchor Drop at Mile 114 (Outbound), 9. Heave Anchor from Mile 114 (Outbound),
10. Anchor Drop at Mile 44 / Awaiting Tide, 11. Heave Anchor from Mile 44, 12. Clear from Channel.
• Subject to fixed terms, Terminal Fees Items N. 18 - 22 might be for Logistic Company / Charterers Account Account, but these are a pre-requisite from Terminal Operators in order to obtain berthing authorization.
• Underwater Inspections Related & Line Handling are subject to a charge of 50% during overnight/nocturnal hours, holidays and weekends.
• Due to constant changes in Official Fees, Rates of Exchange, and Services Suppliers Fees, we suggest monitoring possible PDA variation. Items are subject to Government Fees.
• Please provide 100% of funds latest 120 Hrs. prior Vessel´s arrival, due to, is compulsory to pay all correspondent charges of this voyage, in order that the Harbour Master Office assign Pilot and Authorize Channel Entrance.
• Agents are Not Responsible for Any Arising Expenses Not Included in this PDA. All payments in local currency (VED) are subject to differences that may exist between official and black market exchange rates, which will be
shown in the FDA.
