Practical case study of the Brazilian system
Solution This system is based on the Brazilian system data in 2037 of the Empresa de

proposal Pesquisa Energética (EPE) that interconnects 8 states such as Parana, São Paulo,

solar units, 190 transmission lines, and 108 buses. The 78.09 GW loads and 78.09
GW generation units on the Brazilian system are included.
