1. Drinking, disturbance, smoking, and violence in room are immediately evicted. forced discharge does not return the monthly
rent.

2. If you refund 7 days before you enter the room, you will receive a 20% penalty. (After that, it is difficult to cancel the contract.)

3. If you drop out after 7 days, you will be refunded after limiting 20,000 won per day for room with bathroom and 15,000 won
per day for miniroom from the amount deducting 20% penalty. (No refund for exit before 7 days)

4. This contract can not be transferred to others, and only one contractor can live.

5. If you leave, please let me know until one month before you leave.

6. We'll evict you when we're accumulating warning number 3.

7. If you overdue your monthly rent, you have to leave imediately.

8. The responsibility of managing personal belongings is entirely your responsibility.

9. Firearms and chemicals that can cause danger in the Goshiwon can not be handled.

10. Tenant is required to provide identification card when submitting this Agreement.

11. The time for leaving the room is until 11 am.
