    Dear Julia,

    Referring to your current fixed term employment, we hereby inform you that it will expire on 02
    October 2017.

    As also mentioned in the aforementioned contract

    Point 2.1. Extension or renewal of this contract shall be made in accordance with prevailing laws
    and regulations and

    Point 6.4. A party can terminate this contract prior to the expiry of Term of Employment in
    accordance with the prevailing laws. Written notice shall be given minimum 1 (one)
    month in advance.

    Referring to the above points, with this letter, we would like to confirm that your employment contract
    with Keraton at The Plaza expires on 02 October 2017 and would not be extended to further contract.

    We would like to thank you for your contribution during your tenure with Keraton at The Plaza and we
    wish you success.
