Simple Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:

8 ounces (about 225 grams) of pasta (such as spaghetti, penne, or fettuccine)


2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
Salt, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving (optional)
Fresh chopped herbs (such as parsley or basil), for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.


Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until
al dente.
While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant,
being careful not to burn it.
Once the pasta is cooked, drain it well and add it to the skillet with the garlic
and olive oil.
Toss the pasta in the skillet with the garlic and olive oil until well coated.
Season the pasta with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the pasta hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh chopped herbs if
desired.
