1. Short Title
This Proclamation may be cited as the
"Cotonou ACP-EU Partnership Agreement
Amendment Ratification Proclamation No.
77912012".
2. Ratification of the Amendment
The Agreement that amends for the second
time the partnership agreement between the
members of the African, Caribbean and
Pacific Group of States, of the one part, and
the European Community and its member
states of the other part, signed in Cotonou on
23 June 2000 is hereby ratified.
3. Power of the Ministry of Finance and
Economic Development

The Ministty of Finance and Economic
;JC Development is hereby authorized to
implement this Agreement in collaboration
with appropriate government organs.
4. Effective Date
;1'-rlJD This Proclamation shall enter into force on the
date of publication in the Federal Negarit
Gazette.
