Please contact us if you or your organisation comes into contact with anyone

who says they are at risk of becoming homeless or they are sleeping rough:

We provide a 24 hour, 365 day service for advice and homelessness prevention.
Assistance ranges from working with households to avoid mortgage arrears re-
possessions to placing people immediately in emergency accommodation. During
normal office hours a full service is offered but outside of these hours a more limited
service is provided to deal with emergencies.

We have arrangements in place for people who are sleeping rough and we can
provide a temporary place to stay in Saltbrook Place in Lye. This may consist of a
temporary bed, an en-suite room or use of their facilities overnight as a place of
warmth and safety. Saltbrook Place also has facilities to accommodate people with
dogs. Access to these facilities can be arranged by calling 0300 555 2345.
