Self-Reflection
Great leaders inspire action through experiences, observation, and reflection. According
to the A-O-R model, action involves actively engaging in tasks. Effective leadership involves a
dynamic interplay of action, observation, and reflection, creating a continuous cycle of growth
I have experience in accounting, and in my work journey, I've met leaders who pumped
everyone up and ready to go by talking, understanding feelings, and sharing a big goal.

These chats made me see that leaders can use emotional intelligence and change their
ways to fit each person on the team. It's like they said – getting inspired is different for everyone.

discussions, I gained new insights into leadership, recognizing the importance of understanding
individual team members' feelings, empowering them to take charge, and adapting leadership
