We are looking for motivated individuals in the field of Accounting and Finance who can support in commercial activities. We
aim to build a diverse and skilled team that can effectively manage closures of accounting books, timely receivables,

Role Summary

Advisor - Closing & Reporting is responsible for owning and leading the monthly close process, ensuring timely and accurate
financial reporting, while also acting as a subject matter expert for handling complex queries and driving process
improvement initiatives. It requires relevant experience in financial closing and reporting, strong knowledge of accounting
standards (GAAP and IFRS), proficiency in SAP and HFM, and excellent communication skills.

What would you be responsible for :

• Preparation and review of the monthly financial statements including the data sanctity in SAP, its load in HFM, clearing
the validations and Intercompany mismatches.
• Managing and collaborating with our outsource provider in making sure we adhere to the basic principles, ensuring that
month end and respective journals are posted correctly & timely & having a strong review mechanism over PL / BS / TB.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders on routine performance management.
• Liaising and co-ordinating with the auditors during the audit cycle for interim and statutory audits.
• Ensure compliance of the controls as applicable, support and liaise with internal and external auditors during SOX audit.
• Monitor and contribute to issue resolution and to long-term improvement in collaboration with the offshore team.
• Measuring performance against defined KPIs for your scope and presenting the monthly review of process to
stakeholders and top management.
• Support the team and take lead in various Finance and Accounting Services initiatives.
• Continuously improving our processes with an innovative mindset by leveraging data analytics and digital solutions.
• Participate and lead in projects for any new or additional scope FAS: new customers, scope (i.e., Business Units and
processes not currently covered) and new services.
• Ensuring documentation (policies, procedures etc.) is appropriately maintained on offshore activities and onshore
activities.

What experience, skills and qualifications are required :

• Good accounting / IFRS knowledge with a CA or CPA qualification.

• 6-9 years of experience in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP and experience on working with HFM. Business processes such as General Accounting,
Accounts Payable/Receivable, Financial Planning & Reporting, Intercompany Accounting and Analytics is highly desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience of having partnered and worked with a BPO (outsourcing partner) delivery center
• Strong technical skills using tools such as: MS Office, PowerBI, Tableau, using API, linking databases, etc.
• Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.
