relevance as an explanatory tool or as a method of analysis.

How structural functional approach addresses limitations of systems approach?


Although structural functional is based on CASTON’S model it takes micro-view
rather than macro-view. Also it aims at formulating more universalistic’ onward

societies vary with respect to structures performing such functions.
