WHAT IS
PAGE LAYOUT
TAB?
✓ It refers to how things are arranged on a page.
✓ It's about how your worksheet looks when you
print it out.
✓ This includes things like the size of the page,
where the text and numbers are placed, and
how everything fits together.
✓ Adjusting the page layout can make your
printed Excel sheets look nicer and easier to
read.
Page Set Up
Change the view to Page Layout to
see changes as they impact the
entire page to be printed.

The teacher will let each learners use
a computer and do the following task:
1. Using what you have learned in
formatting cells, create the following list
in a blank spreadsheet:
-Names of the family member in
column 1
-Age of the family member in column 2
The teacher will let each learners use
a computer and do the following task:
-Birthdate of the family member in
column 3 (Month/Date/ Year)
-Status of position of the family
member in column 4
-Favorites of the family member in
column 5
2. Insert a header row above each of the
list and label them
3. Insert a column in each of the list above
4. Insert a column in in the first row and
label each member using numbers
5. Insert a row above the headers and
name the sheet name “(your last name)
Family” with 24-point font size.
