GENERAL NOTES:

1) USE MANITOWOC LATTICE BOOM CRAWLER CRANE (LBC) CHARTS FOR EACH CRANE.
2) GROSS LOAD SHALL BE LESS THAN 90% OF LIFTING CAPACITY FOR
EITHER CRANE.
3) ALL DIMENSIONS AND CONDITIONS TO BE VERIFIED IN THE FIELD.
4) TOWER SECTION IS A UNIFORM LOAD.
5) MAXIMUM WIND SPEED DURING LIFTING OPERATIONS IS NOT TO EXCEED 15 MPH.
6) CRANE SHALL NOT BE OPERATED OUTSIDE OF MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFIED RATED
CAPACITY CHARTS.
7) CRANE SHALL BE OPERATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT ASME B30, AND APPLICABLE
HEAD CRANE OSHA REGULATIONS.
8) CRANE TO BE OPERATED BY NCCCO CERTIFIED CRANE OPERATOR.
9) RIGGING SHALL BE PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASME B30.9-2010 AND
APPLICABLE OSHA REGULATIONS.
10) RIGGING SHALL BE PERFORMED BY NCCCO CERTIFIED RIGGER.
11) RADIO/VOICE SIGNALS SHALL BE USED AND SHALL CONFORM WITH OSHA 1926.1421.
12) SIGNALS SHALL BE GIVEN BY A SINGLE DESIGNATED SIGNALPERSON WHO IS NCCCO
CERTIFIED AND SHALL NOT BE ENGAGED IN HOOKING, UNHOOKING, OR GUIDING THE LOAD.
13) WORK TO BE PERFORMED BETWEEN 8AM AND 5PM.
