It's basically in 3 phases.

1. Induction and SAS preparatory Training in respective Regional Training Institute (RTIs).
(3Months)

2. On Job training. (3Months)

3. Extracurricular activities. (6Weeks but for this only those AAOs are eligible who qualify
SAS exams).

Now let's discuss one by one. Here i will discuss only first phase bcos i have
completed only this and second phase and third, will be started after some time.

So phase 1, consists of 2 parts.

(We got our RTI Ranchi for above said Training).🥰👆

Part 1 - Induction Training and Soft skills. Its duration is 45 Days. Where we are taught
basics skills which we must know initially likewise financial, Environmental, Economics,
Office Procedures, Ethics and many more.

Part 2 - That's most important phase bcos it's only about our Subordinate Audit and
Account Service (SAS) Exam which we have to qualify for making our job permanent and
getting increments. It's mandatory in nature. its duration is 45 days

Here we are taught for 9 papers. All AAOs have to take these 9 papers whether they are

from Commercial, Civil, Railways, Or Defence Audit.🥺

Here papers are termed as Paper Code(PCs).

I'm telling all PCs regarding only for Civil Audit.

Group I

PC1 - Language Skill (all branches)

PC2 - Logical, Analytical and Quantitative Abilities (all branches)

PC3 - Information Technology (Theory) (all branches)

PC4 - Information Technology (Practical) (all branches)

PC5 - Constitution of India, Statutes and Service Regulations (Civil Accounts, Civil Audit,
Local Audit, P&T Audit and Commercial Audit) Only this Group l is common for all
Audits Commercial, Civil, Railways, and Defence and there difference in these wings is
Group ll.
Group ll

PC8 - Financial Rules and Principles of Government Accounts (Civil Accounts, Civil Audit
and Local Audit

PC14 - Financial Accounting with Elementary Costing (Civil Audit, Local Audit,Defence
Audit, Railway Audit & P&T Audit)

PC16 - Public Works Accounts (Civil Accounts, Civil Audit & Local Audit

PC22 - Government Audit (Civil Audit & Local Audit

After completing above (45+45) Days, then we are relieved from that Regional Training
Institute to our Respective Office and then we have to take exam of SAS and after that
The remaining phases are processed.
