MATERIALS, TOOLS, AND EQUIPMENT FOR

HAND SPA

MATERIALS

ALCOHOL - A natural mixture mainly

used as a disinfectant.

SOAP - A water soluble item used for

washing and cleansing.

BODY SCRUB - An organic mixture

used to exfoliate/remove dead skin
cells, smoothen, and hydrate your
hands and body.
 HAND TOWEL - a small towel
used for drying one’s hands.

LOTION - a thick, smooth

liquid used to lubricate and/or
moisturise the hand. It is used
in hand spa to reduce the
friction when massaging.

TOOLS
MIXING BOWL - a small, open-topped, rounded cup-like
container used to mix essential oils as well as other fluids for
the hand or foot spa.

PUMICE STONE - a small stone

used to remove dry and dead skin.
It is also used to soften calluses.

HAND SPA TRAY - a flat container

where all the necessary tools and
implements for hand spa are placed.

EQUIPMENT

HAND SPA MACHINE - an electronic

device used to relieve arthritis pain,
muscle spasms, and dry, cracked skin on the hands.

BASIN - a substitute for a hand

spa machine. A bowl-shaped
container used for soaking hands
with soapy water.
