the actual performance of students based on
the predetermined performance criteria.

Process oriented performance based assessment

Evaluate the actual task performance. It

does not emphasize on the output or
product of the activity. This assessment
aims to know what process a person
undergoes when given a task.
Example
Task: Recite a Poem by Jose Garcia Villa " Have Gone"
1. Recite the poem from memory without referring ti notes.
2. Use appropriate hand and body gestures in delivering the
piece.
3.Maintain eye contact with the audience while reciting the
poem.
4. Create the ambiance of the poem through appreciate rising
and falling intonation.
5. Pronounce the words clearly and with proper diction.
Product Oriented Performance Based
Assessment
 product is the output or outcome in
