Chatbot Using Python

ABSTRACT

With a chatbot, users can ask questions much like they would with a human. Voice
chatbots, such as Siri and Alexa, are among the most well-known chatbots today.
On the computer chat platform, chatbots are adopted and brought into the daily
application at a high rate. The use of NLP is also useful in understanding how
computers and algorithms communicate with humans using a variety of languages.
In recent years, advances in machine learning have greatly improved the accuracy
and effectiveness of natural language processing, making chatbots a viable option
for many companies. The improvements in NLP are encouraging additional
research, which should improve the effectiveness of chatbots in the future. Bots are
trained, and based on those rules, they answer questions. An approach based on
rules is called a ruled-based approach. Artificial Intelligence Markup Language
(AIML) is the language by which these bots are created. An XML-based language
which allows the developer to write the rules that the bot will follow. Our purpose
in this research paper is to comprehend these chatbots and their shortcomings. The
user can submit a question or statement and determine the content that will be
displayed.
