The possible employee/s of the Scoopydoo must be someone who is:

1. Communication skills – increases employee morale, engagement and

productivity. This also helps in keeping solid working relationships and building

positive environment.

2. Critical Thinkers - ability to analyze a situation and find a logical solution. Can

identify future or present problems and provide helpful ways. They are also out

of the box thinkers and are good for the long run in the business.

3. Honest – this is a key quality of an employee because they are direct and

transparent.

They are not afraid and willing to learn more.

4. Optimistic - can provide independent ideas and fresh viewpoints. A positive

person may maintain the team's concentration even in the face of obstacles.

5. Passionate - can establish the foundation for achieving a goal. A motivated and

passionate team can collaborate more successfully.

6. Goal Oriented - being committed to completing a task or achieving a goal and

making an effort to finish certain duties.

7. Adaptable - not afraid of change and can focus and change their attention with

ease. Instead than focusing on the reasons why a change would fail, they look for

effective ways to implement it.

8. Creative – they think from different perspectives and assist businesses in

identifying new growth possibilities.
