Greetings from the LSRMUN & Public Speaking Society.

This email is to confirm your entry for LSRMUN Conference 2023-24 on 22nd and 23rd of March at Lady Shri Ram
College Premises.

Entry will only be through Back Gate of the College (Opposite to National Park: https://maps.app.goo.gl/

Reporting time: 8:30 am.

Please note no one will be allowed in the campus after 9 am.

Exit Time: 5 pm

Please note, no one will be allowed to stay in the campus post 5:30 pm.

RULES AND PROCEDURE FOR ENTRY-

1. The students must have the following documents to facilitate smooth entry:
i. College Identity Card
ii. Official Government Identification Document (Aadhar Card/PAN card/ Driving Licence/ Voter ID Card/ Any other
Valid Document)
iii. A clear printout of the confirmation mail entry by the Organizers ( LSR MUN Society via their official email id:
logistics.lsrmunconf2024@gmail.com)

NO LIBRARY CARDS/FEE SLIPS WILL BE PERMITTED. ORIGINAL AND VALID IDENTITY CARDS WILL ONLY BE VALID.

2. Visitors must note that at the time of entry, the College ID cards will be stored by the Organizers. This will be
returned duly at the time of the exit.

3. After their entry, they will be immediately escorted to the auditorium for the opening ceremony. They will then be
escorted to their committee rooms from the auditorium. The participants will be required to maintain adequate
decorum on the campus premises. They aren't allowed to loiter around, create a nuisance, or disturb the peace of
the regular working of the college’s day-to-day activities.

4. They are also requested to not disturb the campus dogs.

5. The right to entry into the college premises is reserved by the Organising Committee of LSRMUN Conference
2024 and the administration of the college.
