Good day everyone,

As an active member of our Barangay SK council, I have observed a concerning increase in the
number of unwanted pregnancies and large families in our area. While having children is a
wonderful blessing, it is important that we have access to effective family planning methods
to ensure that we can provide for our families and give them the best possible future.

There are many different contraceptive methods available, and it can be overwhelming to
choose the right one for you. Today, I would like to focus on one of the most widely used and
effective forms of contraception: condoms.

Condoms are a barrier method of contraception that work by preventing sperm from reaching
the egg and reducing the risk of sexually transmitted infections. There are two types of
condoms: male condoms and female condoms. Male condoms are worn on the penis during
sex and are made of latex, polyurethane, or polyisoprene. Female condoms are inserted into
the vagina before sex and are made of polyurethane or nitrile.

Condoms are highly effective, with a success rate of 85-98% when used correctly and
consistently. They are widely available and affordable, making them a popular choice for many
couples. However, it is important to use condoms every time you have sex, from start to
finish, and to use them correctly by following the instructions on the package.

While condoms are a reliable and effective form of contraception, it is important to note that
they may not be suitable for people with certain allergies or sensitivities. Some people may
also find condoms uncomfortable or less spontaneous.

In addition to condoms, there are other effective contraceptive methods available, such as
hormonal methods, intrauterine devices, and fertility awareness-based methods. It is
important to find the method that works best for you and your partner, and to talk to a
healthcare provider if you have any questions or concerns.

In conclusion, family planning is an important aspect of our lives, and it is essential that we
have access to effective and reliable contraceptive methods. Condoms are a popular and
effective form of contraception that can help prevent unwanted pregnancies and sexually
transmitted infections. Remember to use condoms correctly and consistently every time you
have sex, and to talk to a healthcare provider if you have any questions or concerns.

Thank you for listening, and let us work together to promote responsible family planning and
a better future for our families and community.
Setting clear and specific goals is the first key to accomplishment. It is essential to define
precisely what you want to achieve and identify the steps you need to take to reach that goal.
Developing a plan that outlines the actions you need to take, the resources required, and the
timeline for completion can help keep you focused and motivated.
