Questions that You Need to address before Submission

Common Question:
1. What is the originality of the research paper?
2. What is the contribution/implication of this research paper?
3. What is the benefit for the international readers? (in case of internationals
publications)
4. What is the background of selecting the topic?
5. What is the background of selecting the industry?
6. What is the contribution in literature?
7. Have you checked the literature review? Is it well written?
8. Have you focused the research gap using the literature review?
9. What is the basis of selecting the hypothesis? Have you shown enough argument?
10. Has the researcher followed appropriate methodology?
11. What is the argument in selecting the time period?
12. Have you checked the sample size? Is it enough?
13. Is the research title consistent with the text, analysis and conclusion?
14. Have you checked the research model? Is there any inconsistency in the research
model? (Please check multi-collinearity, heteroskedasticity, endogeneity issue)
15. Have you followed appropriate statistical model?
16. Have you followed the index using the content analysis? Please check the reliability
and validity of the index
17. Have you considered recent research papers as reference?
18. Have you checked the reference? Have you followed the uniform format using any
recognized referencing style?
19. Please check the number of words (4000 to Maximum 10000)- check the journal

<b>1. Originality: </b> Does the paper contain new and significant information adequate to
justify publication?

<b>2. Relationship to Literature: </b> Does the paper demonstrate an adequate


understanding of the relevant literature in the field and cite an appropriate range of literature
sources? Is any significant work ignored?

<b>3. Methodology: </b>Is the paper's argument built on an appropriate base of theory,
concepts, or other ideas? Has the research or equivalent intellectual work on which the paper
is based been well designed? Are the methods employed appropriate?

<b>4. Results: </b> Are results presented clearly and analysed appropriately? Do the
conclusions adequately tie together the other elements of the paper?

<b>5. Implications for research, practice and/or society: </b>Does the paper identify
clearly any implications for research, practice and/or society? Does the paper bridge the gap
between theory and practice? How can the research be used in practice (economic and
commercial impact), in teaching, to influence public policy, in research (contributing to the
body of knowledge)? What is the impact upon society (influencing public attitudes, affecting
quality of life)? Are these implications consistent with the findings and conclusions of the
paper?

<b>6. Quality of Communication: </b> Does the paper clearly express its case, measured
against the technical language of the field and the expected knowledge of the journal's
readership? Has attention been paid to the clarity of expression and readability, such as
sentence structure, jargon use, acronyms, etc.:

1. Is the topic contemporary and researchable?


2. Is the research problem clearly stated and supported by literature?
3. Has the paper developed research hypothesis to test?
4. Has (have) the author(s) followed a standard Research Methodology?
5. Are data used relevant and collected with standard instruments using unbiased procedure?
6. Is there clarity and preciseness of presentation?
7. Is English correct and standard (Grammar, style and continuity of reading)?
8. Are references and citations properly used and consistent with the style of this Journal?
9. Is the title of the article consistent with the content and analysis?
10. Does the conclusion contain implications of the findings?
11. Is there any scope for improving the quality of the article?
12. Please mention the specific contributions/strengths of the article.
13. Please mention the weaknesses of the article
14. Please mention the suggestions for improvement.
15. Please give your recommendation about the article.
